For 28 years Dr Schumann has been working in the fields of R&D and innovation management for international consumer goods companies. He had the managerial responsibility for international management teams that operated all over the world.

Dr Schumann was born in Warnemünde in 1950 and lives with his family near Frankfurt/ Main.

Dr Schumann was a member of various supervisory boards and worked in executive positions in the US and Europe. He was responsible for the development and management of complex international organisations with up to 140 employees and budgets of up to $35 million.

Dr Schumann supports our customers with his very deep and broad experience in open innovation and intellectual property strategies, consumer and customer research, development and execution of product and technology strategies, development of innovation

competence and partnerships for innovation.

In addition, he has sound experience in the management of complex global innovation programmes.
