Soheyla Windisch has studied Mechanical Engineering at the Darmstadt University of Technology where she focused on aerospace engineering and later at the University of Stuttgart where she focused on plastics engineering and biomedical engineering.
She graduated in 1978.

For 3 years Ms Windisch worked in the fields of development, sales, processing and finishing with reference to PUR before she moved to Daimler and became an interior developer and responsible for legal compliance. She subsequently worked in the development of accessories and speciality vehicles and presided over several innovation events. In the context of these events she conceived and implemented integrated innovation concepts from the perspective of women. Her activities in the field were awarded and praised as outstanding achievements by Mr Dr Zetsche and a number of other directors at Daimler. Ms Windisch was also a founding member of the "Ideenhaus" think tank at Daimler.

Soheyla Windisch founded her own innovation agency in March 1999. As an engineer who loves challenges and who understands the mindsets of customers and specialty departments along the entire value added chain she uses her knowledge as a focused source of energy in order to achieve her goals. She is a goal-oriented and innovative project manager who will always find a solution to every problem in her way.

For many years customers like Daimler, VW, Audi, BOS and many more have taken benefit from her potential and know-how in the fields of innovation concepts and project management. In addition, she specialises in competitor analyses and trade fair reports that are globally required for specific themes along the innovation process. Her experience in IT as well as in aerospace engineering complements her skills.
